Norton seemed to be the major problem. I uninstalled Norton and used my old regular Zone Alarm. I got a lot closer but PaperPort complains about two processes (HP Button Service) and Intel Alert Service and will not install. I have sent two messages to Nuance asking for help but apparently they are going to ignore this. If I could find and safely kill the two above processes, apparently I could get an install. Any ideas? Unfortunately. . .that is the most expensive part about upgrading. . .because it looks like I will need to replace the scanners as well (have Strobe Pro's). It looks like you gave up on the XP 200 with beta drivers. . .and got the XP 220 working. . .any tips on the process. . .you didn't give any details and I can't find an email address to write you at. . .
